Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligible for Free Return

• Damaged or defective items – If your order arrives damaged or the product is defective, please contact us within 30 days with photos. We will arrange a free return and issue a full refund.
• Unopened, unused items in original packaging (buyer’s remorse) – You may return an item within 30 days provided it is completely sealed and in its original, unopened packaging.

Not Eligible for Return

• Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no cost to you. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
